IAC Supply Solutions, Inc. is closely monitoring the Coronavirus pandemic. First and foremost, we want to maintain a safe workplace and encourage and/or adopt practices protecting the health of employees, customers, suppliers, visitors and others. We are monitoring updates and keeping a close eye on official guidelines from both state and federal authorities as they become available.
We are also committed to the continuity of business operations during this pandemic. As always, we are requiring employees to follow appropriate personal hygiene, such as washing hands with soapy water for at least 20 seconds, covering mouths when sneezing, coughing and discarding tissues, etc. In addition, we are making hand sanitizer available and cleaning all frequently touched surfaces. If an employee doesn’t feel well, we are asking them to stay home.
Finally, our team members will be using emails and the telephone to reduce the number of face-to-face meetings as much as possible.
IAC is also working with our key suppliers to monitor any potential supply chain disruption and/or material shortages that may impact our customers. At this time, we believe that any disruption will be minimal, but the risk varies by supplier.
